1. Returns Accepted

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damage to the painting caused during shipping.

• Received an incorrect product.

2. Returns Period

You have a period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the painting to request a return.

3. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The painting must be in its original condition, without additional damage or alterations.

• The original packaging and documentation received must be included.

• Photographic proof of the damage or order error must be provided.

4. Return Process

2. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the painting.

3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless the error was ours.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the painting, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of opinion or subjective dissatisfaction with the work.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

• Personalized or commissioned works.
